As a Back-end Processing Agent you will be responsible for sorting and verifying data to be entered into systems, collaborating data, problem solving and reporting. Innovatively coming up with solutions in completing your task and to meet deadlines efficiently.
You will file data and documenting it according to the standard operations and procedures of call center. You also have to support the sales teams on road shows or events to capture of gathered prospect and customer data for future use. This means you need to be a team player who achieve daily and periodic goals with the guidance and coaching of your team leader or supervisor.
