Your duty as Tele-Collection Agent is to make telephone calls and be responsible for maintaining an up to date debt collection records.
You are responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.
You must be able to articulate well, provide clear, concise response and instruction is integral all your overdue cases. Displaying a professional manner to guide debtors on how to pay their debts in full within a timely manner will benefit them as well as the creditor.
