Customer Care Consultant - Retail

About The Role:

As a Customer Care Consultant you are required to greet customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and sometimes Mandarin. Interact with customers to provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services.

This position contributes significantly to overall customer satisfaction through face to face interactions. Engaging with customers to provide information about products and services. Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries. You are required to work confidently and creatively to maintain a high level and quality of customer service and KPIs.

 

About The Person:
You have to actively contribute to team work through participation in staff meetings and by actively supporting colleagues, comfortable in crowds and easily initiating conversations with strangers
 
You will be a multi-tasker and enjoy the challenge of supporting multiple requirements or customers at once and sales oriented. Able to work on scheduled shift.
Location of Work:
  • Kuala Lumpur
  • Selangor
Working Schedule: 10am - 10pm (Rotational work days)
