As a Customer Care Consultant you are required to greet customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and sometimes Mandarin. Interact with customers to provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services.
This position contributes significantly to overall customer satisfaction through face to face interactions. Engaging with customers to provide information about products and services. Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries. You are required to work confidently and creatively to maintain a high level and quality of customer service and KPIs.
