A "Customer Service Executive" is responsible to answer all incoming telephone inquiries from customers relating to Company products and services. A role essentially required in resolving customer issues on a timely basis by providing excellent customer service resolution.
You must be able to listen and analyse customer calls to understand their needs and how to resolve their issues in accordance with a set methodology. Research available information using provided resources such to efficiently deliver high level of services. Provide customers with accurate and precise information and educate them about products, services, and direct them towards available resources for self-help in the future.
Liaise with other departments or business associates to support and assist other colleagues to maintain & ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to all customers.
