About The Role:

As a Customer Service Agent (Outbound Team-Mandarin Que) , you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships. You will be expected to perform outbound calls to prospective customers. 

You are required to be a strong team player, working towards both individual and team targets set by the team supervisor. Your day will be mostly spent Influencing customers to buy services. You must also be comfortable dealing with complaints and doubts by customers.

You will use state of the art telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. The goal is to help the company grow by closing sales and developing company business.

About The Person:

You will have a flexible approach to your work with excellent organizational skills. Having worked in a similar role before you will have a great telephone manner and strong communication skills. This is a sales focused role, where ability to influence clients decisions and negotiate is essential. You must also be fluent in ENGLISH and MANDARIN.

As a Customer Service Agent (Outbound Team-Mandarin Que), you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You are required to be a strong team player, working towards both individual and team targets set by the team supervisor.

Location of Work:
  • Bangsar South, KL.
  • Nusajaya, JB.
Working Hours:
  • 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • 9.00am to 6.00pm (Friday)
