Customer Service Executive CRU (Online - Rotational Shift)

About The Role:

A "Customer Service Executive - Online" is responsible to provide solutions to all complaints and request received via email, fax, snail mail, live chat and social media channels from customers relating to Company products and services. A role essentially required in resolving customer issues on a timely basis by providing excellent customer service resolution.

You must be able to listen and analyse customers feedback to understand their needs and how to resolve their issues in accordance with a set methodology. Research available information using provided resources such to efficiently deliver high level of services. Provide customers with accurate and precise information and educate them about products, services, and direct them towards available resources for self-help in the future.

Liaise with other departments or business associates to support and assist other colleagues to maintain & ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to all customers.

About The Person:

You must posses minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/English/Communications or equivalent. You will have a flexible approach to your work with excellent organizational skills.  Having worked in a similar role before you will have a good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to write and converse fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia, flexible, good decision making and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work, 2 days off - depending on scheduling set for you)
