About The Role:

Under this position, you will be given opportunity to get an exposure of Call Centre operation. Learn the workflow, technical aspect, required knowledge and skills set to be able to understand whole concept of Call Centre Operation.

You will be trained to be responsible in answering all incoming telephone inquiries from customers relating to Company products and services. A role essentially required in resolving customer issues on a timely manner while maintaining an excellent customer service level.

You will be learning specific skills to know how to listen and analyse customer calls and also to be able to understand caller needs while resolving their issues. Provide customers with accurate and precise information and educate them about products, services, and direct them towards available resources for self-help in the future.

About The Person:

You must have an openness to acquire practical skills throughout the your work. An easy going individual who's ready to take up any challenges offered to them. You will have a flexible approach to your work with excellent organizational skills.  Having worked in a similar role before you will have a great telephone manner and strong communication skills, flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. You must also be able to converse well both writing & speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Location of Work & Working Hrs:

KL & Selangor

  • 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
  • 10am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
