A "Telesales for Retention / Savedesk Consultant" is responsible to perform outbound calls using appropriate sales tools / script, product knowledge provided and communications skills to generate sales and customer interest through sales calls and to retain customers who wish to withdraw their contract.
You are required to be a strong team player, working towards both individual and team sales targets set by the team supervisor. Your day will be mostly spent influencing customers to buy services. You must also be comfortable dealing with complaints and doubts by customers.
You will use state of the art telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. The goal is to help the company grow by closing sales and developing company business.
