As a Customer Management Executive (Outbound Team), you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will be expected to perform outbound calls to prospective customers.
You are required to be a strong team player, working towards both individual and team sales targets set by the team supervisor. Your day will be mostly spent Influencing customers to buy services. You must also be comfortable dealing with complaints and doubts by customers.
You will use state of the art telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. The goal is to help the company grow by closing sales and developing company business.
